Gordon has also devoted more than a decade to the security sector, primarily within major U.S. retail corporations. He began with a focus on Field Agent activities before transitioning into Internal Investigations, where he played a crucial role in conducting discreet inquiries into suspected employee conduct.Gordon's fusion of Operations and Security expertise allows him to utilize his extensive experience, unveiling opportunities for companies in search of premier Security services.

James Mitchell possesses an extensive background in survival mindset, tactical training, and all facets of fortifying facilities and perimeter security. Graduating from UNLV with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in 1997, James boasts over 23 years of Law Enforcement experience, including supervisory roles in Patrol and K-9 units, and an operational position as a SWAT Team breaching element member. His responsibilities encompassed various breaching techniques—ballistic, explosive, mechanical, manual, surreptitious, and exothermic.
Beyond his operational duties, James played a significant role in assessing and pre-planning responses to active assailant incidents in the greater Las Vegas area. He also served as a tactical and NRA firearms instructor, contributing expertise to law enforcement training. Additionally, he fulfills the role of Director of Security at a large-scale U.S.-based logistics facility, specializing in comprehensive security measures encompassing video surveillance, internal investigations, physical barrier enhancements, and fortification of existing structures.
James's approach revolves around a layered security philosophy, integrating force multiplier equipment, personnel training, and the creation and implementation of policies and procedures.
